About Garreth Sleigh

A Little SomethingAbout Me

Entrepreneur, motorsport enthusiast, LEGO builder and AI innovator. Seven ventures. One consistent thread: building on ideas and making things work better.

The Story So Far

I've always loved building on ideas - whether that's a modified car, a race car safety cage, a LEGO model or an AI automation system that saves a small business owner two hours a day.

GSM Performance was where it all started. A passion for motorsport and a belief that every driver deserves proper safety equipment, regardless of budget or level, led to building a business that supplies the motorsport community with race seats, harnesses, helmets and everything in between.

Brick Club came from family. There's something genuinely special about sitting down with a complex LEGO Technic set and building something impressive with your own hands. The subscription model means members always have a fresh challenge waiting - and the community that's grown around it has been one of the most rewarding things I've been part of.

Flying Penguin AI is where the future is being built. I got tired of watching small businesses lose customers to missed calls and slow responses while paying for marketing that didn't convert. AI changes that equation entirely - and I want to be the person who makes that technology accessible and affordable for business owners who deserve a competitive edge.

Whether you're a racing driver, a LEGO enthusiast or a small business owner trying to work smarter - one phone number connects you to everything I do.

“Whether you're a driver, a builder, or a small business owner, one phone number connects you to everything I do.”

The Journey

Seven Ventures. One Vision.

  1. The Beginning

    GSM Performance

It started with motorsport. A passion for cars, speed and safety led to building GSM Performance - supplying race seats, harnesses, helmets and driver protection equipment to the motorsport community.

  2. Family Roots

    Brick Club

Creativity runs in the family. Brick Club grew from a shared love of LEGO Technic - a subscription service delivering rotating engineering builds that challenge and inspire builders of all ages.

  3. The Future

    Flying Penguin AI

Technology should work for people, not the other way around. Flying Penguin AI builds AI phone receptionists, automation systems and consultancy services that give small businesses a competitive edge.

  4. The Race

    Endurance Motorsport

Endurance Motorsport specialises in motorsport installation and metalwork solutions. The core focus is designing and producing seat brackets and carrying out professional safety equipment installations in motorsport vehicles - precision engineering that keeps drivers safe.

  5. Something Special

    Something Borrowed

A retro audio guestbook telephone hire service for weddings, run with partner Cally. Couples hire a vintage rotary phone — guests pick up the handset, hear a personal greeting, and leave a voice message that lasts forever. Launched April 2025. Delivered UK-wide.

  6. The Community

    The Little High Street

Currently in early stages of design development and set to open late 2026. A children's play village café concept built around community and imagination - a space where families connect, children explore, and the high street comes back to life in a playful format.
